We understand the issues around access that living in a period or converted building presents.  Basement and top floor flats are often the most challenging, among other things we utilise quilted covers for sofas and mattresses to protect against exit from basement front doors onto the often wet ground, and we sometimes use hoisting ropes to lower/raise sofas (often the most challenging part of any move) through windows.

Home and Office Removal Rates – Large luton van.  Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Single item collection/very small move rates (less than 20 boxes for instance).

Payment is accepted by bank/credit card or cash, immediately after job is completed.

Deposits.

A deposit of 2 hours or 1 hour for smaller jobs is required to reserve a moving date/time. Once the deposit is paid,  we do not offer that date/time to another customer. If that booking is then cancelled at any time thereafter, then we reserve the right to keep the deposit, as we may well have lost work as a result.  We understand this is often not the fault of the customer, so we try our best to be understanding, and we will return the deposit if we manage to fill the cancelled date/time slot.  In all cases a cancellation charge of £25 is payable, if the job is not rebooked (i.e. we cannot fulfill a date change).
