From moving a single office room to an entire block, the team at Hero Removals can make sure it is done correctly and a cost-effective rate. We can cover any distance, whether you’re relocating within Brighton or perhaps moving further afield, we can take care of everything. We also offer a variety of different storage options (This is useful for when you have a few days of layover between moving out and accessing your new space) and can even clear out unwanted items too.

- We use ‘Risk all’ insurance, provided by Basil Fry, meaning you do not need to waste valuable time creating a list of inventory.
- Your removal time can be scheduled for a time that suits you, minimising the downtime of your office.
- Our drivers are reliable and arrive on time – we will not let you down.
- You can also take advantage of our expert packing service.

Home and Office Removal Rates – Large luton van. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Single item collection/very small move rates (less than 20 boxes for instance).

Terms & Conditions.
Deposits.
A deposit of 1 hour is required to reserve a moving date/time. Once the deposit is paid, we do not offer that date/time to another customer. If that booking is then cancelled at any time thereafter, then we reserve the right to keep the deposit, as we may well have lost work as a result. We understand this is often not the fault of the customer, so we try our best to be understanding, and we will return the deposit if we manage to fill the cancelled date/time slot. In all cases a cancellation charge of £25 is payable, if the job is not rebooked (i.e. we cannot fulfill a date change).
Insurance & Breakages
Moving something from A to B is easy, doing that with care and attention when moving hundreds of items a week takes dedication and experience to do it properly. It is very rare that we cause damage to items but in the event that we do:
We hold both public liability and goods in transit insurance (£10,000 per van load).
Any breakages must be reported to us within 48 hours of your move.
Any items packed by yourselves must be done to a satisfactory standard, i.e. crockery and glassware must be individually wrapped in paper or bubble wrap, please take your time and pack carefully.
You are not expected to wrap larger fragile items such as televisions, we carry removal blankets, quilted covers, bubble wrap and rigid cardboard (to protect screens) on our vans for this purpose.
Time of arrival
For all moves starting in the morning we guarantee we will start on time, for afternoon moves we usually stipulate a start time of between 12-2pm to be confirmed on the day, this is the case in 95% of our afternoon jobs, although sometimes due to key waits or traffic, we may arrive outside of this time slot.

Smooth, efficient and professional - and competitive on price too!The last time I've moved I was moving from a different country with a backpack on my back over ten years ago, so I had no idea what to expect when booked my moving date and time with Mike at Hero Removals. All I knew - as everyone around me was eager to tell - that moving is one of the most stressful things in life. So after having zero experience in moving AND being told to prepare for blood, sweat and tears by multiple acquaintances , I had painted a vivid picture in my head of the messy aftermath, a terrifying and sad scene of broken furniture, squashed boxes and two very angry, very sad and very stressed women in the middle of it all.Now imagine my surprise when Mike and Con turned up promptly at 12 as agreed, and without hassle, questions or much instruction, they... just... they just got on with it so quickly, so efficiently, so effortlessly...Everything was carried, packed, placed and transported safely and carefully, no boxes, furniture or items got damaged or left behind. More fragile items like a desktop PC or our cherished houseplants were also all safely transported.The fact that we couldn't secure parking was not an issue, and considering that we've moved from a lower ground floor studio flat (which meant extra lifting), the guys were done packing up in an about an hour and a half and were done packing out at the new place in about one hour.Both Mike and Con were professional, friendly, careful and lovely to chat with once the work was done - they didn't stop for a chat while there was anything to move in our old place!I would definitely recommend Hero Removals, they made moving smooth, easy and stress-free. Based on everyone else's horror stories, they all really should have gone with Mike and his company.

Hero Removals were a fantastic help with our move. They arrived promptly and nothing was too much for them. They helped take down and rebuild furniture and didn’t complain at the amount of stairs of the flat we were moving from (top floor, no lift!). Hero Removals truly live up to their name. They tick all of the superhero traits you could want in a removals team. - They're kind and conscientious people who take the utmost care with all of your stuff. - They perform incredible feats of strength and endurance with furniture and white goods (I lived at the top of a building with about 85 stairs...).- They're astute problem solvers when it comes to finding ways to get awkward-shaped furniture into awkward-sized nooks and crannies.- They've got an in-depth knowledge of taking apart and putting together furniture with ease. - They arrived right when they said they would, and were booked at relatively short notice. - And all of this at a price point that made it great value.Nothing was too much trouble, but beyond that they were smiling and cheerful to the very end of a 6 hour day of moving mountains of stuff across town. I couldn't recommend these guys enough (in fact, I've recommended them to my family already). Fantastic – heroes indeed.

The service provided was a fantastic experience from start to finish.It was very clear from the beginning we were in safe hands that we could trust. Moving into a new home can be incredibly daunting and oftentimes stressfull.
